“Just spent an idyllic week at Samphire Cottage. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equipped for a family get together, with big sunny gardens to boot. Its location, 2 mins walk from the coastal path and marshes, is really special. Swimming along the marsh creeks at high tide and then trotting home for a warming hot chocolate has to be one of my top experiences of the year!”

“My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Samphire Cottage and it was great that the cottage is so close to the coast. The cottage was very attractive, light and airy. The verandas both front and back meant that we could follow the sun light throughout the day. We didn’t have any issues with cleanliness – everything appeared clean and hygienic. We love Stiffkey for the walks and could quite happily spend our retirement in Samphire Cottage.”

“Had a lovely holiday at Samphire Cottage with our grown up children. There was everything you needed on arrival (tea, coffee, milk, herbs, oils, hand soap, washing up liquid and even dishwasher tablets). The cottage was well appointed and lovely and warm. The garden was very well enclosed and excellent for the dogs. Direct access to the marshes meant the dogs could go off lead straight from the cottage.”

“We all had a wonderful time here, where we could relax and have fun. It rained a bit, but we could huddle up by the fantastic wood burner. The upstairs bedrooms were beautifully furnished and I loved the blue and white curtains – they were very cool. The kitchen was very big and I loved the toastie maker.”
